During labor and birth, I help you and your partner navigate towards a normal, healthy, safe and satisfying birth experience.  You'll receive unconditional and continuous emotional support so you can labor in the way that works best for you.  Your needs for physical comfort will be met, from help moving into advantageous labor positions to finding rest and relaxation between the hard parts of labor.  You'll understand your choices and the questions to ask to be in full harmony and trusting partnership with your care provider.
